It is our goal to continuously ensure the quality at our school and to continue
to develop.
Evaluation serves as a method to reliably determine statements about an individual school on the basis of defined quality characteristics. It is based on scientifically proven and legally legitimized criteria of school quality.
Standards are
Learning status surveys
In addition, we take part in theVERA comparison workswhich are carried out nationwide at the instigation of the Conference of Ministers of Education. Comparative works are surveys of learning progress, the evaluation of which provides information about the abilities of the students at a certain point in time.
They serve as an orientation for self-reflection on the quality of the school.
Our students continue to take part in school competitions such as the Mathematics Olympiad in Germany, the nationwide reading competition and the German school chess championships. We can look back on successful participations.
quality assurance
Internal measures, which are based, among other things, on the “Good School” manual of the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, serve to improve the quality of the Benjamin School and to identify the strengths and weaknesses of school life.
A working group of teachers, educators and parents deals with the implementation and evaluation of the results as well as concrete action planning.
Training & qualification
For the purpose of sustainably securing quality standards once achieved and for continuous improvement and further development of our educational work, we also need targeted, planned and needs-based advanced training and qualification of all employees. The training and qualification is supported by the Benjamin School.
